Detailed Product Description

We have manufacturer special in making mill roll and crush plant shaft, wind power shaft and cool-rollers including cool-working roller, support roller, smoothing roller, various mechanical blades and corrugated roller, etc. with managing quality and special forging pieces.

For manufacturing cool-roller, the high pure steel of 9Cr2Mo, 85Cr2MoV are selected.

For heavy forging heat-working roller, steel 60CrMnMo and 70Cr3Mo are adopted.

Heat treatment hardness and penetration of the cool-roller surface is accofrdance with user's requirement and working condition.

Client's special requirement is accepted.
