1.  bimetal abrasion resistant steel pipes lined with a layer of high chromium alloy  iron by  centrifugal casting  process  are used for coal fired power plant, steel and iron metallurgy plant,cement plant,coal washing & selecting plant and so on.

2.  Inner hardened pipe are used for concrete pumping.High frequency and heat treatment process makes the inner wall to be high intensity(HRC 55-62) and highly  abrasion resistant layer(1.8mm), and leaves the outer wall with high plasticity and strength to avoid bursting.The concrete conveyer pipes can endure more impact and abrasion from the aggregate, such as screes, gravels and granite; and improve the resistant abrasion ability and the average service life  can reach 25,000 to 30,000 cubic meter of concrete

3.  Dual wall pipe thoroughly resolves the problem that hardening layer pipes happen to rupture and blows out .With special treatment, their service life are remarkbly prolonged , and can be up to 50000-80000 M3 averagely. The dual wall pipe has the advantage of safety, longer work life, energy saving, continuum, low maintenance.
